Bermuda dunes is not a city, it’s 4th direct of Riverside County.  A recent census shows it has more than 7200 residents live in the area which is very closed to the city of Indio and using the same zip code of 92203 as well.  Bermuda Dunes is famous for its two factors.  First is Bermuda Airport which is held by private holding and each land cost only five dollar.  It’s open 24 hours and you can also get the rent-a-car.  No meter-parking spaces but not a lot.  The second famous factor is luxury residential properties.  Because of the non-city area, there are no city taxes.  It saves lots of taxes for its residents.  And, the main residential property of Bermuda Dunes has the major golf club which is also private.  Since this community built in the early 1980s, there is no water saving system.  This community still uses tap water for all greens which are normally not used in other new communities. Bermuda Dunes is very closed to Indian Wells Tennis Courts.  During the World Tennis Event, Bermuda Dunes is one of the main region that people like to have an Airbnb but most of the old communities are not allow for the short term lease and/or rent.  Maybe because of that reason, during Coachella Music Festival, these places are still not much traffic and its good for retirees.  It’s a beautiful weather in the springs is perfect.
